Following traditions of German beer restaurants, we make our own beer and show our guests how we do it. The tanks where brewing is under constant control by European professionals are located behind the bar. We offer you three kinds of live unfiltered beer made in the tanks that you can see behind glass partitions. The tanks have a capacity of 36.000 liters.
We brew 1,200 liters of beer daily following original old time recipes from carefully selected high quality ingredients. Hops and malt are supplied by the world famous Weyermann malt factory, established in Bavarian town of Bamberg in 1879. Weyermann is a brand honored for its high quality malt, grown in Germany’ eco-friendly areas from the best seeds.
Yeast is specially produced in eco-friendly areas of Germany. Intensified water purification system checks water quality, filters, purifies, saturates and softens the water to match it quality to Germany’s strictest requirements.
Austrian custom design beer brewing equipment with up-do-date software conforms to European brewery standards. It was made of brass and copper on custom order in a German workshop with a 300 year history of successful projects.
